Our Biogas Controller BC30 is characterised by a compact and robust structure and offers a high measuring precision. In addition, CHEMEC offers the operating instructions in various languages:

An important factor for the increase of profitability is the lowering of maintenance costs. Any gas analysis equipment should be calibrated at least two times a year. Therefore, CHEMEC GmbH, as the only manufacturer in the sector of biogas, equips his gas analysis devices with an automatic calibration unit as standard performance. Thus, the device is capable of independently supervising itself and calibrating the gas sensors.
Due to their reliability and case of maintenance, the devices are alredy being successfully used in numerous biogas installations both at home and abroad.

Biogas Controller BC30 determines the concentrations of methane (CH4), carbon dioxide (CO2), oxygen (CO2) and hydrogen sulphide (H2S) in biogas.
CH4, CO2 and CO2 are continuosly measured every 5 minutes. The time interval between two H2S-measurements can be adapted to the requirements, from 30 minutes to 12 hours.
The CH4, CO2 and CO2 concentrations are determined with a combination of thermal conductivity-sensor and electro-chemical O2 sensor. The H2S sensor is hydrogen-resistant.
