Our Biogas Controller BC20 is characterised by a compact and robust structure and offers a high measuring precision. In addition, CHEMEC also offers a complete system with extensive accessories for the proven gas-analysis device BC20 that fulfil any conceivable requirements. This comprises, among other things, solenoid valves, pumps, condensate drains, assembly accessories and, of course, our two calibration units.

An important factor for the increase of profitability is the lowering of maintenance costs. Any gas analysis equipment should be calibrated at least two times a year. Therefore, CHEMEC GmbH, as the only manufacturers, developed an automatic calibration unit for the gas analysis device. Thus, the device is capable of independently supervising itself and calibrating the gas sensors. As a more inexpensive alternative, we offer the mobile calibration unit Ca20m.

Due to their reliability and ease of maintenance, the devices are already being successfully used in numerous biogas installations both at home and abroad.
